Excellent Rental Investment Area
I am a new member of the Creative Investor and this is my first post. My objective here is the introduction of the coastal area of South Mississippi as one of the nation's hottest rental markets. I am a builder that specializes in single and multi-family structures, but rarely does the buyer ever even see the property. The average buyer has found the market lucrative, with returns that are usually better than the mean. We will do only "pre-sold" properties, and usually have two or three in process. I would be happy to supply specific data to those that may be interested in diversifying their holdings by exploring other areas.
