Development Project

My wife and I own a bed & breakfast (twinoaksmc.com) on 23 acres 30 minutes west of Atlanta. There are four buildings that include the main house, and 3 cottages that we rent out. The business operates on 5 developed acres and the remaining property is wooded. There are 3 man made ponds and 3 koi ponds.We are looking for an investor to expand our business by building more luxury cottages/vacation homes, all the amenities for today's upscale homebuyer.
