Condo Conversion
Once I have a condo approved how dow the bank know how to divide them. Will they have 4 different tax id numbers in the 4 plex. My goal is to convert my 4 plex into condos but how when I eventually pay off and own the property am I now the bank and will the bank turn the property as a whole over to me??
