Commercial Prop. Elevator
Anyone have info on what it would cost to install an elevator? I put an offer on an old brick mill building in my area, about 15,000 sqft, 3 floors. I'll need to install an elevator to get any use out of the 3rd floor.. can't seem to find any info online.
google: "elevator pricing" and contact a couple of companies. there are so many variables i think you should speak with someone in the industry.
$50,000 for two storey. Three storey not sure.

As mentioned, there are a lot of variables that determine price, but if I was to make a guess I would say 30-50K. Good Luck
