Anyone Convert A Single Family To A Town House
Wondering if anyone has changed a single family house into 2 townhouses, where it would be 2 seperate properties?
NOT saying into a duplex.

MIke, construciton is apperently not your main RE field. To be accurate, the unswer to this question wold demand eplanation orf many factrors and conditions:
is the original structure sqft.?
Single or double story structure?
rchitect - initial consultation and if viablle make drowings
Building dpt. - aprove the plans
Zoning dpt. - verify zoning and make sure they understand what you wan to do.
I've seen often when a single story SR is turned into duplex nut not into town homes. I would give it a 5-10% chance but without more details that would not be accurate estimate you can relay on.
