Anyone can give you comps. There are websites that will do so if you sign up with them.

    Good Luck,
    Kyle

The REA's I have been working with have given me comps, tax info, basically as much as they can. I think it depends on the agent.

    Hope this helps.

What are there comp sites that I hear so much about. What are the fees associated with these sites.

To tell you the truth, I don't know much about these sites, but I couldn't imagine paying for free information.Just check your local tax assessor's office, recorders office, and even the treasurer's office. All this info should be free as I understand it . At least I have found it all free. Its public info.

There are even ones that will tell you this information from their websites.

The only way I get my comps are from REA's. They know I can close with cash, so when I need any comps they help me. I just make sure I keep that relationship going, so I can make deals. So if you can try to develop one with an agent.
