Want To Start A Real Estate Investing Business
I am a sole proprietorship, and I run a PC repair business out of my home.
I want to get into real estate investing.
I am looking for all the information I can use to get started.
Books, videos, software, links, etc...
I am open to any advice.

Try the library first, then hit the newspaper and call people selling their house to get a hang for talking on the phone about real estate.

lots of people on here like Robert Kiyosaki's 'Rich Dad' books...i read Rich Dads Guide To Investing
its a more general book on ideas of investing and the mentality in which to invest with...i found it a good first book to start with
Ive also read The Complete Idiots Guide To Investing In Real Estate
that was a good book too, set a good basis for me on understanding the different aspects and things involved...
since then iv gotten more specific with books on managing rental property...
and also How To Finance Any Real Estate At Any Time...
check out my profile theres a list of what iv read in there...
most of those books helped me alot although im still learning and reading any book i can get my hands on...
