Someone just posted a message telling me of a webiste that pays $1000 for birddog referrals. I went to log in to say thanks to the posting TCI member...the message dissapeared. Please resend.
Maybe when this poster gets out of TCI Jail for advertising and spamming they will try again.
Also this outfit (Leadling) spammed my personal e-mail, but I did take a look at their site and am not impressed by their site or how they are doing business by spamming people.
You would do better by attending a local REI Club or start calling I Buy House people in the newspaper to get started.
I remember the last big group that promised big money for bird dogs nation wide. Lost of talk and lots of spam. They are not around anymore and as far as I know no one was ever paid anything.
Maybe you could look for opportunities that are not through your local realtor...then you can get a property under contract without needing $4k.
That is the key to this business...find deals that are not listed and this is where you will make your money. Instead of having to put up $4, you should be making $4k on that first deal.
It is hard to find no money down deals for investment property. Think about it if you are the seller. If the buyer does not pay you have to take the property back and that costs money.
