Trying Sell My First House
What are some good ways to sell houes quickly. I have seen where some people offer a CD deposit gift after closing? Is this legal? What is the difference from offering a gift of 2000 for buying my house or saying I will pay 2000 at closing? I live in North Carolina I don't want to offer owner financing, but if I do what interest rate should I charge is it hard to resell loans?
There is a book called "How to Sell your house in 5 days" I don't know the author but just go to http://www.amazon.com and type in the title- it teaches you how to effectively advertise, show, offer, and get a contract signed for your house with in 5 days... Then you will need to wait until they get finacing, but it should close with in a month or two no problem if your buyers have financing...

Put up signsthat says rent to own or For rent around the area and you will get a hundred calls. Then structure a lease option for the people. I did this recently and I have got so many calls you wouldn't belive it. The time of month seems to be a factor. (early in the month you get less calls than the middle and end of the month.)
