Took The Plunge!
Well guys I did it. I procrastinated no more and signed on several rental houses to get started in my REI career. I also put in an offer on a REO that needs rehabbed. I have been in rentals professionally for a lot of years but it was always someone elses risk, but also someone elses reward and freedom that I worked for. Now the risk, reward and freedom is mine. It is nice to sit on the other side of a fence that at one point seemed insurrmountable or to begin achieving a goal that seemed like a pipe dream. I may not succeed although I believe I will, but at least I won't be sitting at the end of the road of my life wondering what if!
