Title Companies In Georgia Can't Provide Data On Owners?
Someone from GA please help me out here. I keep hearing in seminars that all I need to do is call a title company, give them the parameters for properties that I'm interested in, such as all houses bought in 1980 in zip code XXXXX and they will provide me with a report that I can use to zero in on. When I call title companies I'm told they don't do that here in GA. Where then, do I get this info? Is this what Melissa Data is for?
