Fellow Ohioans
I am have been lurking around these forums for a while now, but have not posted much. I have decided that it is time to start what I have wanted to do for a long time now...
I have been reading as much as I can, I am on my 3rd RDPD book. I would like to read one more then I am going to go over some of the books listed in article 105 top reads (or whatever it is called).
I have a couple questions for some of the more experienced RE investors from Ohio.
1. Did you start out by Bird Dogging?
If not how did you start out?
2. Is there a REI club in the Columbus area? (I am sure there is, but I am have a hard time finding any info on it)
3. How is Ohio compared to other states as far as REI goes?
4. Is there any suggestions you have for me? (Books, Classes, .....)
I am wanting to make contacts and get to know other people that in REI, so feel free to pm/email me if you would like!
