Tips For Newbie Birddoggers!!!!
I've recently met with an Investor and will begin finding deals for him soon. I guess my question pertains to the How too's of Bird dogging! For instance;
1) How to make offers? (is there a certain dialogue)
2) What to look for specifically in the properties besides the spread.
3) What to do once you arrived to view the properties.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
