Could anyone recommend good software to use or a spreadsheet that I could use to evaluate all angles of a property, to determine if its a good or bad deal.

    I really like Excel spread sheets for doing proformas on properties, since it has financial functions for calculating monthy payments on loan service.

    An alternative is to use Proformanator which is a tool in you My Tools section of your My TCI.
