Smart Investors
I have my realtors license and I am seriously contemplating going for my appraiser certification, all this in an attempt to be a stronger, smarter investor while getting some loose cash here and there. I need smart investors with years of experience to voice their opinions on whether this is a waste of time. Would you suggest just to jump in and learn from solid experience. Also anyone one with prop in NYC that needs realtor assistance, I will gladly help.
