Ron Legrand Course Material Question?

Hi, Has anyone purchased the Ron Legrand Cashflow Library which includes CD's on Wholesale/Lease OPtions/FSBO course. It is reported to sell for $1200+ and I'm looking at it on ebay for considerably less. I was just hoping for comments from anyone who has purchased this same material before. I'm trying to decide if it would be useful for a beginner. Thanks

    I bought mine on EBAY, Definately worth the $250 or so that It costs there.
