REI Club Start-up?

Hey guys, I am going to start a REI Association/Club in my home town. There is a tremendous need for it here. What would be the first steps and what affiliations would be the best to go with? Thanks.

    First find out if there are existing groups by clicking on the Groups link above.

    If their aren't any, start your own TCI online group and people will start contacting you.
