R.E. Classes
I was wondering if their are classes/courses that I can take to be more knowledgable in real estate investing such as Foreclosures, rehabbing, etc.
Anyone know who offers these kinds of courses.

Taking a regular real estate sales persons course can be helpful in some subjects whether you become a sales person or not and at a very small cost. it has helped me greatly in understanding the buying and selling process
I would recommend RE classes at either your local city/county adult education center or at the local community college. Also take some basic business and finance courses there.
I have found that RE classes offered by Real Estate companies tend to also be recuitment sessions.
