Purchasing First Home Need Help

Hi I made an offer to purchase my first mutl family (2 fam 3 garage). both units would ren for 900 garages 450. I wanted to know if anyone know of any programs for 100% financing. I have the money to put down but would prefer not to. Any advice would be helpful thank you.

    if one was OO and you have great financials and credit, maybe.

    Pretty tough to get 100% on investment.

    Welcome Trayner,

    What do you plan to do with this purchase? Do you plan to live in one unit and rent out the other? Do you intend to buy/hold and thus become a landlord? Are you trying to buy/fix/flip the property? Do you want to wholesale the property? Do you want to retail the property?

    thanks Dave I was looking to rent all units. Trying a hand at the landlord thing smile eventually I would like to do all you mentioned above . Any help or leads you can give me would be appreciated.
