Please Read....... Need Land Trust Advice
Hi All,
I am in the process of starting to purchase Texas properties that are in Land Trust. With these deals, there is an assignment feel and I am responsible for taking over the payments SUB TO.... i want to hold the properties for a little cash flow and let the equity build up....Most of the properties already have at least 15,000.00 equity. What should I be wary of? What are some of the things I should be looking out for. I appreciate any and all advice you can give me as I venture into this. thank you.
