OREGON BIRD DOG WANTS INVESTORS
Hi there:
I am looking to bird dog for a number of different scenarios for investors. I have done passive investing since 19 years of age (I'm 49) and now have the time to do investing and bird-dogging full-time. I have a sixth sense in deals where no real estate agents and other investors can see the potential. I've made good returns on every deal. I know my area and the different markets within it. I am doing investing myself, but don't have the resources to do every good deal. I have a business background, know a lot about lending, appraisal, inspection, construction and real estate sales and law.
