Ohio RE Attorney
I am looking for an Ohio real estate attorney who is knowledgeable about land trusts and one who could read a joint venture proposal I've written and tell me if I've unknowingly written or implied anything in the proposal that's misleading or illegal.
Could anyone suggest an attorney? I'd prefer to work with someone who is in the Cleveland area, but I'm more concerned with finding someone who is competent.

Look up John Hyre on the internet. He's an attorney, CPA and investor. Has great advice on taxes, business structures, ect. I believe he is in Ohio.
