NOTICE OF DEFAULT
Hi All, I'm a Newbie with a first ****Must Reach Freshman Investor status before posting URL's*** live in the St. Louis area and have been reading and researching pre-foreclosure properties and having a difficult time trying to obtain NOD's .2 legal papers supply plenty of NOS's, but I need to find these properties sooner to follow through on my planned strategy. I'm not getting much help from my County Gov't offices......any advice is appreciated.
21 days is about all you get. If that is not enough you need to try somethig else. What is your strategy and how long does it take?

I had the notion that Notices of Default were mailed to the mortgagor sometime prior to the Notice of Sale being published ( also public information).
I would like to offer my services (as early as possible), in providing information/solutions to stop foreclosure.
