Newbie Question - Wholesaling

moneywise profile photo

Hi there - Was wondering the fees you charge your buyers for a deal. Is there a standard fee or is it a % of the profits.

Thanks!

You can charge your buyers whatever
fees you want to as long as their is room in the deal for them. A wholesale deal is considered anything below 70% of market value. Typically wholesaler charge between $3k - $10k per deal.
Sometimes they get lucky and wholesale deals for $20k.
