Being as I am new to the Real Estate Investing world, are there any helpful tips, suggestions you guys would recommend I do in order to gain more insight into this field as a complete beginner? Do you guys think that local investment clubs are a good place to start? I'm completely lost as far as how to get started, but yet soooo anxious to get started. Do you guys think those local clubs would be helpful and understanding to give guidance to complete newbies? I guess I was under the initial impression that those clubs were for seasoned professional investors.
Well, for one thing, I'm glad you joined the DWF Real Estate Investment Club - thank you.
I have been to the other local club meetings and did great finding vendors. I find that most so=called "Mentors" are really Vendors wanting to provide you witha service. I'm not saying that is bad because we did get some really great paint and floor covering guys.
There are a LOT of RE Investment Ops in the DFW area.
