Need Your Help Tax Lien
Hi all, i have a house in ny it appreasies at 1.6 million and asking 900k did a title search and it turns out he owes the city 700k in water taxes has not paid in 5 yrs and when taken to court did not even show up. The owner lives in Florida. Should I walk away or can something be done ...... :-?
