Need Some "seasonal" Sprinkle
Happy New Year Everyone! I am looking for someone in the Sacramento Area who is willing to teach me the fundamentals of R.E. Investing! I am really looking for a "Mentor" someone who is making enough money now that they are not looking for payment as of yet. I'm not going to give a "sob-story" about my life. I feel that I am looking to start anew with my life and I do want to learn all I can from someone who will challenge me and someone that I can talk to in order to become successful in this area. Yes, I already know about coming here to somewhat glean from other people's experiences, but I don't come here very often, and it gets a bit confusing at times from all of the posts.

I don't mind being the "Bird Dog" or "the green student" ; I'm just looking to meet , discuss, and execute any training that he or she would give to me. I'm really to forward of meeting you... (someday).
