"good" atty is an oxymoron, isn't it? Real Estate, Bankruptcy - I haven't found any yet. I have ageneral practioner type that kinda helps me along but I do all the work.
One of the best ways to locate a good Real Estate Attorney is to call up local real estate offices and or agents and ask them for a recommendation of an attorney that they use to close transactions.
