My Plan Of Action, Need Input
hi tci members, i been researching forclosures for nearly 9 months and am learning there is a lot to know. i feel like i am getting close to bidding and want your feed back on what i have learned so far :1. check out property : vacant, condemned. neighborhood, land size etc.2. obtain market comps for sourrounding properties. 3.ck mls for sale price if on market recently. 4. go to court house for back taxes amt & any liens on property. 5. calculate $$$$ so i have a target # when bidding starts. 6. attend auction and bid. ( and hope i did my due dilegence correctly as to not have any surprises after i am the highest bidder.
