Mid Michigan Investors
I've just completed my first "deal" and am now turning my thoughts alittle closer to home (condo in florida was my first, rented to my son, who was supposed to go up north to school but flipped and is heading back to orlando). I worked with a realtor from heaven in florida (yes, buyers agent and no funky stuff to sign, once i saw her in action i KNEW i didn't need to talk to other realtors) but am having a hard time finding someone in the Saginaw/Bay CIty/Midland area that i feel comfortable working with.
I'm not asking for much, just someone who'll not expect me to buy the first thing i look at and will be willing to work with me on possible rehabs.
Any positive recommendations would be welcomed! I already got my head bit off by some realtor who had a repo listed but acted insulted when i asked him about it. *sighs*
