Looking For BD's In The Berkshires

Hello to all, I'm looking for a bird dog to help us locate rehab property in Berkshire County, Ma. Buy price should be in the $100 to $150 range. Repairs should be in the $10-$20K range max with approx $20K margin relative to market comps for the ARV. Beautiful area, with plenty of wrecks out there, but a good eye for scope of repairs and good fact finding footwork is needed to sort the deals from the white elephants. Thanks, -presley acrobat
