Okay I know that opinions on this individual vary. And in my view he just needs to be less negative. But what I would like to know is whether anyone has ever purchased any of his books, and whether you found them at all interesting or possibly real added value? Thanks all. [addsig]

I have read both his books on Buying Real Estate 20% below market Value - Volume 1 and Volume 2 and found them very good, very well worth it.
I have also purchased some of his short publications: lease w/ option and tax info. Both were good
