John Locke's Subj To Manual

pdcoles profile photo

I am looking to purchase this manual now and it seems the price has changed for 149 to 189. Is this right or a typo. If it is right i have no problem paying the higher price.

Does the manual cover to how to get the T/B to refinance or purchase the home?

Also does the subj to manual contain the forms i need to use to acquire properties subj to. I understand to have a lawyer review the forms according to my state. I just want to make sure they come with forms.
Thank you to all who respond.

john's book comes with the forms and yes you do need to get them reviewed by an attorney to make sure it is state legal. as for the price, you got me...???

    pdcoles,

    Glad to meet you.

No typo the investment has gone up in the manual. The manual is the Updated 2004 edition, it was added to after receiving and answering over 5000 emails (plus numerous cell phone calls) from students last year. This helps me keep things up to date and current for all students.

    Let's look at the overall picture;

Yes, there are forms, flow charts, marketing ideas, etc. and a scripted presentation that shows you what to say and when to say it from the initial phone call to closing the deal.

Let's say you still may have a question then, you can go to two password protected web sites to ask questions, get answers and network with investors and bird dogs throughout the US and Canada.

Then you have Free Lifetime 24/7 email with me one on one or with John LV our research person.

Now for those situations when you need advice fast you will have my cell phone number, which by the way I answer.

When I think about what's available maybe I did not up the price enough, what do you think?

    John,

What are some of the revisions in your manual? (The $189 one...is that all?)
...that is, not to give away too much.

    Thanks again.

I've seen john locke's manual selling for as high as $700 on other sites so we should be pleased that the price is where it is at. This doesn't mean to incease the price john but only to put some perspective on things.

I just received my John Locke manual 2 days ago.

It is GREAT. I highly recommend it.

    $700?!?!

Heh, show me the sucker that'd pay that much for his course.
Don't get me wrong (could be worth it if you make deals), but if someone is buying "2nd hand," then they just pay $700+ for pieces of paper.

They forget, that they will not have access to his website as well as his cell #.

If you find out who bought it, I have a couple of courses I'd love to sell 'em.

John sells a variety of products.

One of them is is a traning program which goes into more detail and has the CDs which are not included in the manual. It is priced at $689. Perhaps this is what they bought.

I bought the course and it is everything John has just said. He will answer his phone when you call.....sometimes I will call at 3am just to see if he will answer...just kidding.

I do highly recommend the course, it's well written and easy to follow, right down to the presentation.

    Jason,

Because I personally autographed a few copies is probably the reason for the big price. IMHO

Not really the Training Manual is $189 and the Training Course is $689.

Hold on to the original manual it will still show you how to get Subject To deals and will become a classic some day.
