Jacksonville Networker
I am looking for a possible mentor who might need a networker (win/win) in the Jacksonville/Orange Park area. I have been considering real estate investing for over a year, and now, i'm ready for action. I'm currently studing CS no down payment. I've also been looking into various meetings, such as the jaxreia and the real estate trader (if anyone attends, please let me know). Though i am not a realtor, i do have access to the mls (my access come by my mom being a realtor who is nice enough to let me do this). However, by law, i can not physical hand out the mls sheet, i am allowed to to give info such as an address. PLease send me a private message or email if anybody is interested.
