Is This A Reputable Company?
Recently attended a seminar sponsored by Gilliland Real Estate Network, Inc in Southern Cal. They were advertising to purchase some out of state new-construction properties for spec/rental- that they have negotiated good sales prices/low management fees. Anyone heard of this company or aware of any scams like this? The guy also offers a mentoring course or hourly consulting - which I am also cautious of. :-S
