Investor Question>?

I am pretty new to all this and so far have read the four Kiyosaki books and many posts on this forum. I have a few rich investors that are family "friends". I can easily approach them with any business idea I have. I was wondering what types of REI deals would be good to partner with an investor and what types of deals do you make with them? I am hoping after researching for the next few months to be able to approach one of them with an REI oppurtunity that will make us both some money. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

If you have investor friends in the wings... you are set up for success if you handle it right.... The type of deals available are limitless if the funding is readily available..

Are any of your investor friends in REI?

I would approach one and say that you are interested in getting involved in REI. Tell him that you will shoulder the workload and relinquish a majority of the profits in exchange for him shouldering the financial risk and teaching you the ropes. Do this a couple of times and then once you feel comfortable, do it on your own (with borrowed money).

Well, not sure of their exact investments. One is an owner of a large service company and breeds horses as his hobby. I know he has helped others start businesses. the other is more of a longshot. He is in oil and gas investments and is a bit eccentric. I myself receive monthly royalties. I currently have $10,000 saved. Another 20k coming from farmland we are selling and I have been getting roughly $1500 a month in royalties. I am paying $800 a month in rent so I want to stop wasting this monye in get into something soon, just want to learn as much as I can before doing so.

Natural Gas wells in Texas. Just started getting last January. I consider it a blessing.
