I seen the program by carlton sheets, how to buy houses with little or no money down. is this program foe real? i have always been interested in buying rental propertys. but i am not sure how to get started. so i seen this program on carlton sheets. it seem like a grat start if it is for real. can you help?

Before spending any money, I would read as many posts as you can here.
After that I would buy "How to create multiple streams of income..." by Peter Conti and Howard Finkel
That would be a good primer for Creative Real Estate Investing.
