Also, I have looked up all of the information for my state, NC about licensing for finance brokering, and the only thing I'll need is bonding insurance. Where should I get that? Thanks Z

    Sounds like you need a Mortgage Broker's bond. Call your Agent to see if they can obtain one for you. Shouldn't be too big of a deal.
