I Need Help ASAP
I have my first private investor who is interested in having me bird-dog. However I want to get started by placing ads in the paper and inexpensive business cards but I'm not sure what the ads or business cards should say in order to appeal to those who would be interested.
1. This investor does every type of property except commercial and land whether it be condos, sf, duplex, or multi families, in any condition.
my problem is i have no clue as to how to create my b-cards or ads, and possibly fliers. ANY SUGGESTIONS would be a great help. I have been looking in the newspaper for simple ideas.
