I'm pre-approved for 50k. now what?
I live in an area where the market is for sellers and I'm not sure where to start out. I would like to buy a house to re-sell but not sure what avenue to take. Trying to read a lot and love this site! I did find a few vacant homes just by driving the neighborhood...now what?
