I Found A Mentor That Wants Me To Birddog
i found a mentor that will teach me all the ropes or rei. but the mentor want me to start as a birddog first. since i tried to get into rehabbing with no money. i think this will be the best way for me to start. but what questions should i ask. also i still work can i do birddog while am working. also the mentor tells me that i will have to pay for marketing my business.

Well if you have found a mentor ask them these questions....
But the main question I would want answered is what does a deal looks like..
Are they flippers, L/O or landlords?
What are their cash to purchase guidelines?
What level of rehabs, if any, do they do?
What are their demographic / Geographic’s that they want to stay within?
Do they buy L/O, Sub To or Cash?
What are their purchase levels and how many properties will max them out.
What do they pay and when will you get paid?
Do they want deals assigned to them or do they want to do the negotiation?
As for working and bird-dogging... Start right now telling everyone what you do, get your business cards printed and pass 10 of them out a day...
Teachers, postal workers, neighbors, anyone and everyone...
BTW don’t tell them you’re bird-dogging for someone else… And recruit birddogs for yourself…
