How To Handle/collect Late Fees/old Vehicle From Driveway?
Thanks for all the help with my questions. I'm expect to close on a property that has two vehicles that appear unoperable. I want those removed , What recourse will I have a) if there are no license plates b) what kind of penalties or means are utilized to collect late fees on rent? c)any suggestions on things I should put in the lease I create, like repairs etc. I need to creat my own lea

If you are purchasing the property and haven't yet signed the contract with the seller, then I would put in a provision making your purchase contingent on the owner removing the vehicles prior to closing.
Id keep the vehicles there, call up the "junk cars wanted" in the paper, they usually pay 200-500 a car for parts and scrap
