How To Best Use Equity
I'm a beginner and have recently purchased my first property which currently has around 30-35k in equity. My goal is to turn this into 100k within 18 months. At that point , purchase a 10 unit complex or so for around 500k. There are so many different possibilities I am hoping for some input on what would be the best and wisest way to reach my goals. Any advice?
