Help With A Triplex
I've come across a triplex in bad exterior shape. It appears to be non-occupied. The recording date on this property was in 1973. I'd like to purchase this for income property, if the owner is willing. I'd like to know the best means of placing an offer to the owner.
The property is in an area where other fairly well-maintained duplexes and triplexes exist.
I have good credit (low 800's) but no cash on hand. All responses are appreciated.
