HELOC On Investment Properties
I would like to purchase properties wholesale for cash then fix them up for section 8 rentals and pull my equity out of them with HELOCs (leaving myself some cash flow of course) Has any one else out there done this and have you been succesfull???
I've started a thread (below) over in the mortgage forum on this topic with the twist that I own the property in an LLC which is causing me difficulties getting a HELoan set up.
