Getting Started
I am new to all of this and have done some searching and found that in the County where I live they have Sheriff's sales for foreclosed properties once a month. I am interested in these however I am not sure about buying a property sight unseen. I know I have to check liens and make sure the title is clear but I am nervous about buying something I haven't seen. Any ideas would be appreciated. :-S

In Pa, all sherriff sales are listed in the paper. Iam not sure what paper in your county, bit it would be a major one. It will also show what amount it is being foreclosed upon. If your county has a website you can look at the properties or at least get an idea of the neighbor. Then go take a drive
