FYI - Great Title/ecrow Book

A few weeks back someone posted a wonderful resource for informtaion on how to understand the entire closing process in it's entireity. Well I am half way through the book and I thought I would express my gratitude for the post. Book is: "The Complete Guide to Your Real Estate Closing," by Sandy Gadow.
