Found Properties, Whats The Next Step
I have been reading books and searching websites to get the ball rolling on RE investing. I have located a farm area, and got about 20 properties that are for sell or for rent. Is it best to work with a realtor to find comps, or should I continue the search on my own?
I would do both.

If you're seriously about birddogging, please find the nearest local REI club in your area with properties about you get the comps for the homes and also, start marketing your business to the members of the REI clubs ASAP. Happy investing from Maryland.
