Flipping Properties For A Cash Flow
I read a lot of books and understand the process, however, most of the people that I talk with tell me that the only way I will really learn is to go out and do it.
I have a view to look at a foreclosure as a owner occupied property to start out with is this a good idea. Any more suggestion for the Newbie will be greatly appreciated.
