First Time Home Buyer
How can a person who has fair credit and no money for a down payment buy a house? What would be the easiest way to accomplish this?
I have a sister in NC that wants to get into a house but lacks any kind of a down payment. I don't know what she can afford but she's paying rent with no problem. She's not interested in investing, she just wants a house.
Any ideas I can give her?
Without knowing the specifics of income, job time, credit score, etc... its hard to say.
There are a lot of first time home buyer programs out there to chose from. You can also buy sub2 and with L/O....

Have your sister start putting away money anyways. Always good to have an emergency spending money.
